These young people, who introduce new management methods, deal with agricultural policies, while confronting the view of their elders, manage to find a balance between family life, leisure and professional life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This revolution causes generation clashes, the adventure is not simple but they believe in it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The film revolves around:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Nicolas, a market gardener in Le Milles, an ambitious businessman who started from nothing.<\/li><li>Jean-Dominique, from a family of farmers, manages the large cereal crops intensively and introduces modern technology.<\/li><li>C\u00e9line, a biology graduate, produces organic saffron on the hills of Garlaban.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>They have in common their passion for the profession but also and above all the desire to have time for leisure and a family life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Succession is perhaps the solution for a perennial and attractive agriculture.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Documentary film, proposed by Coralie Becq and Olivier Theron.\u00a0Co-produced by France T\u00e9l\u00e9visions.
